Have a question about something you read on Rimrate? Want to flag an error, suggest a topic, or share feedback on one of our guides? You can reach our editorial team directly at [email protected]. We read every message that comes through.
What to Send Us
Rimrate covers personal finance, credit cards, loans, credit scores, budgeting, and debt management. Your message is most useful to us when it relates to that work. Here are the kinds of notes we welcome:
- Topic suggestions for future articles you want us to research and explain.
- Corrections if you spot a factual mistake, a broken link, or outdated information.
- Clarification requests when a guide leaves you with a question we did not answer.
- Feedback on what helps you and what falls flat, so we can write better content.
If you run a financial education resource or want to discuss editorial collaboration, you can use the same address. Tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
What We Cannot Help With
This is the part many readers miss, so please read it carefully. Rimrate is an independent education site. We are not customer service for any bank, card issuer, lender, or credit bureau. We do not have access to your accounts, applications, balances, or personal records.
If you need help with a specific account, contact that company directly using the number on the back of your card or on your monthly statement. We cannot reset passwords, dispute charges, check application status, or release funds. Sending us account details will not move your issue forward, and we ask that you keep sensitive numbers out of your message for your own protection.
We also do not give personalized financial advice. Our articles explain how products and systems generally work. For guidance tailored to your situation, a licensed financial advisor or credit counselor is the right person to consult.
Response Time
We typically reply within two to three business days. Detailed questions that need research may take a little longer, and we would rather give you a careful answer than a fast one. During busy weeks, replies can slow down, so thank you for your patience.
For your security, we communicate by email only. We will never ask you for passwords, full account numbers, or login codes, and you should never send them. If a message claims to be from Rimrate and asks for that information, treat it as suspicious and report it to us at the address above.
